Maine turant Haier customer care me complaint register ki, lekin ab tak koi action nahi liya gaya hai.Upar se, jahan se TV liya tha, unhone mujhse extra paise liye aur meri beti ke saath badtameezi se baat ki. Haier ke service people bhi customer se badtameezi se baat karte hain — bilkul unprofessional behaviour!Itna bada brand hone ke bawajood na product theek hai, na service, na behaviour! Agar jaldi solution nahi mila toh mujhe consumer court tak jaana padega.Main Haier brand par bharosa karke ye TV liya tha, lekin product aur service dono se bahut disappointed hoon.
