I had an error message on my brand new Haeir washing machine, so I had to have an engineer out. After his visit I had to have another engineer out. He was rude and said he wasn't going to look at my machine and left. Customer service isn't much better either. In Hindsight I should of refused the machine. I have to make another appointment and no availability until two weeks. Two days lost waiting in for engineers and I still cant use the machine. The next available appointment is two weeks away. All in all three weeks without being able to use my machine.
