For two weeks, they kept repeating the same line—“TV is not in stock, we’ll ship it once it reaches your nearest warehouse.”On 28th April, I told them to cancel the order and process the refund because I bought it on EMI, and the payment was due by 6th May. It’s 7th May today—no refund, no update, nothing.And here’s the kicker: they told me their EMI account doesn’t have sufficient balance to refund my money. What kind of company doesn’t have funds to return a customer’s money?This is not just poor service—it’s straight-up fraud.Indian Consumer Forum seriously needs to act on this.People’s hard-earned money is being held hostage.
