I sent out a complaint for my HAIER Window Air Conditioner’s Compressor to be repairedSince I have purchased the Air Conditoner in April 2023, I made the request on 16th April 2025 (New Delhi, India), for the repairs under the company policyIt’s has been 2 weeks and I still haven’t recieved the technician for the repair and the customer service reprenstatives continue to use the same set of responses and excuses. The least rating that I can provide is 1, but I feel even a rating of 1 is too high for Haier, it deserves a big 0.I would strongly like to express, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT from HAIER because their customer service is extremely poor and products aren’t reliable at all
