Since then, I've been tossed between the service team and the manufacturer, receiving no clear answers and no functioning appliance for ages. They initially sent the wrong parts, then claimed the correct ones were out of stock without an estimated delivery date. I've had to constantly follow up for updates and paid for installation myself, yet I'm left with a machine that's unusable. Neither the service provider nor the manufacturer has offered any goodwill or proper resolution, and every time I reach out, I'm told to 'wait for the parts.' It's been a total nightmare from beginning to end. I expected far better service from a major retailer, and I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others before purchasing integrated appliances from this provider, as the aftercare and communication have been appalling.
