On January 8, 2026, I replaced my old dishwasher that had a leak. The new model was delivered quickly and was simple to set up. Initially, it was quiet and cleaned effectively, but when I ran a half-full load, the noise was excessively loud due to poor insulation. Additionally, the cutlery basket is poorly placed in the center of the lower drawer, making it hard to fit larger pots and pans. Removing the energy rating sticker was also a hassle as the glue was stubborn. Overall, despite its advertised capacity, the new model feels less spacious than my previous one. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand and will not purchase from them again.
8th of January 2026. I had a 13 place setting Dishlex that started to leak water in the flood tray inside. It was 10 years old. Thought I'd just buy a new one rather than fix the old one. This $507 Haier HDW13F0S1 was delivered the next day and was very easy to install. Filled it full of dishes and it was very quiet when completely full. Washed well with the 60 minute 60°c wash cycle and all dishes were clean and dry with the exception of plastic which is normal for any dishwasher. Did a second load only half full this time and it was stupid loud, like obnoxiously loud and annoying. It has very inadequate insulation inside to prevent excessive noise. The cutlery box is positioned in the worst possible spot on the lower drawer directly front and centre of the drawer as you can see in the photos. You can not fit large pots and pans in the lower draw with the cutlery box in the middle of the drawer. Why they didn't position it to the front right corner to allow more room to one side at least is beyond belief. Whoever engineered this thing should be demoted to sales. Then it came time to peel the energy rating sticker off the front. Well the glue they use refuses to come off and I was left for 45 minutes carefully wetting and scraping the remaining glue off with a plastic trim removal tool so I wouldn't scratch the stainless steel finish. For a dishwasher that advertises itself as a 13 place setting I can assure you I cannot fit as much in this dishwasher as my 13 place setting Dishlex yet the dimensions of the dishwasher are the same externally. Based on the noise, smaller size internally to fit large items, the cutlery basket being positioned where it is it's safe to say this will be the first and last Haier dishwasher I am ever going to buy. I definitely do not recommend this model to anyone. Stick to fridges H
Trust pilot should add a ZERO star option because one star doesn't reflect my experience. The manufacturer seems to ignore reviews. I bought a fridge freezer recently and was told to let the gas settle for a few hours before turning it on. After 24 hours, it didn't reach temperature. I called the support team, who suggested unplugging it and plugging it back in, then waiting another 24 hours. I insisted it wasn't working, but they said an engineer visit would cost me. I refused since it was registered, and I wouldn't pay. After another day, it still didn't work, though the light inside did. I called again and was treated poorly. Once they have your payment, customer care seems to vanish. They scheduled an engineer visit, but again, it would cost me. I reiterated that it was still under warranty. Ultimately, the engineer confirmed it had no gas. After wasting hours on this, a representative arranged for a replacement. Please do not purchase from this manufacturer unless you want to regret it.
I bought a washing machine last week, and it started leaking from the front. Clearly, it's a manufacturing fault. I called to register the machine and report the issue, but the earliest they could send someone out is over a week later. That's unacceptable for a brand-new appliance. Their after-sales service is lacking; they take your money and show little concern.
I'm utterly drained by my experience with the service provider and the manufacturer. I bought an integrated washing machine several months ago, and it arrived without crucial components. Since then, I've been tossed between the service team and the manufacturer, receiving no clear answers and no functioning appliance for ages. They initially sent the wrong parts, then claimed the correct ones were out of stock without an estimated delivery date. I've had to constantly follow up for updates and paid for installation myself, yet I'm left with a machine that's unusable. Neither the service provider nor the manufacturer has offered any goodwill or proper resolution, and every time I reach out, I'm told to 'wait for the parts.' It's been a total nightmare from beginning to end. I expected far better service from a major retailer, and I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others before purchasing integrated appliances from this provider, as the aftercare and communication have been appalling.
This company is terrible; their products are overpriced, and the customer service is lacking. They inspected my broken fridge and said I needed to order parts, which would take two weeks. Eventually, they told me it was irreparable, despite my insurance coverage. Their insurance is also ineffective.
This company is frustrating, with products designed to be hard to fix. My washing machine's gasket tore, which should be simple to replace. However, the documentation doesn't help with removing the front cover. When I contacted support, they insisted an engineer must handle it, even though it should be a straightforward repair. They want a hefty callout fee for something that shouldn't require professional help. Save yourself the trouble and choose another brand.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I have a six-month-old induction hob that isn't functioning correctly. They've sent two engineers already and want to send another instead of replacing it. It's frustrating that they keep trying to fix something that clearly doesn't work.
