It seems you have to give at least one star here, but I would rate this company as zero stars. I bought a washing machine from them and chose it for its quiet operation. However, after an engineer fixed a different issue, it now makes an unbearable noise. The engineer charged me a hefty fee and assured the work was guaranteed for six months, but I never received a receipt. Now, I have a new problem, and they want another payment to fix it, despite having no record of my previous payment. I wouldn't recommend buying appliances from this company.
