In year 2025 I used another OpenArt. But in Feb. 2026, all in sudden I got billed by Nanonoble Ltd. Ltd. But I never used their service. Immediately I asked refund. Their support team said that it took 15 days to refund. But until now, I still haven't received my money. I have been emailing with them for more than 1 month. They still asked me to wait. Very bad service. This is not a trustworthy company.
