The booking system is terrible. For a modern company, their technology is frustrating. I managed to book a flight after calling a local number, but a few weeks later, they canceled my flight just weeks before departure. This seems to be a common issue, which I ignored. After multiple attempts to contact them over several days, I finally spoke to someone and received a refund days later. I learned that my call to their agent was actually redirected to another country and cost me a significant amount. Considering the original flight cost plus additional expenses with another airline, it would have been more economical to fly business class with a different airline. AVOID THIS AIRLINE.
