Our flight got cancelled 2 weeks before or planned holiday and less than 1 week after customer service had assured us that the flight would go as planned, luckily I had followed my gut feeling and booked new flight tickets from another airline a few days before. Poor customer service, little information. I do not recommend anyone to choose this airline.
