I was so excited to start my journey with Hair and Me but all I have had is trouble. First my order was shipped really late and then lost, then my subscription was cancelled when I never stated I wanted it to be cancelled. Then after I signed up it stated £14.99 for 3 months then going back up to £34.99. I have been charged £14.99 once and then £34.99 this time so the 3 month discount was not honoured. The customer service email line takes ages to respond.
I cannot comment on the actual treatment side yet as I have only been taking it for a month but the customer service side has been really painful!
