Only been using for a short while so can’t say yet if it’s going to make a difference to my hair but overall the process to get the treatment was easy, the price seems reasonable if it does what it says it will do
I’ve been using Hair + Me for a while now and I’m really impressed with the whole experience. The consultation was straightforward, delivery has always been on time, and the products feel high quality. I also like that the plan is tailored to me rather than being a one-size-fits-all approach. Customer service has been responsive whenever I’ve had a question. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience so far, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering trying it.
The product is great but the customer service and support is dire.
I had a standard monthly subscription for Minoxidil and visited a dermatologist about my hair loss, I was advised to increase the dosage which I requested from Hair & Me, the person reviewing my request obviously didn't read my message, asked for information I had provided and then advised me to consult a dermatologist!!!!!
Will be buying Minoxidil from Boots from now on
I was so excited to start my journey with Hair and Me but all I have had is trouble. First my order was shipped really late and then lost, then my subscription was cancelled when I never stated I wanted it to be cancelled. Then after I signed up it stated £14.99 for 3 months then going back up to £34.99. I have been charged £14.99 once and then £34.99 this time so the 3 month discount was not honoured. The customer service email line takes ages to respond.
I cannot comment on the actual treatment side yet as I have only been taking it for a month but the customer service side has been really painful!
I stopped using it after receiving the fourth delivery of bottles because it began to burn my scalp severely. I'm very dissatisfied with the results of this product, so I will be leaving negative feedback on the company's website and other platforms. This product poses a serious risk to health. Although I received eight bottles, they are now useless to me, resulting in wasted money and posing a danger to my scalp and well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering this product to be very cautious. The company takes your money without providing adequate after-sales support, simply continuing to ship out products, likely from different batches each time, without any concern. Stay safe.
The communication is outstanding; you are always informed about when to expect your next delivery. The product is definitely effective, and I’m seeing new growth, which is fantastic. It took some time to find the right time of day to apply it since it can make your hair look clumpy if it runs onto it. However, I now use it around lunchtime every day, and I've realized that washing my hair daily is essential.
I've noticed regrowth along my temples and the back of my head, which had been thinning for years. While applying the product twice daily can be somewhat inconvenient and the chemical smell is not ideal, the excellent results make it worthwhile.
Have been shedding a lot of hair over recent months and it was getting noticeably thinner so I started with Hair and Me on recommendation from my hairdresser. 2 months on and I can see new growth and she commented on the improvement in hair quality too so will continue with the treatment. Nothing else I tried worked so will recommend.
