The product is great but the customer service and support is dire.
I had a standard monthly subscription for Minoxidil and visited a dermatologist about my hair loss, I was advised to increase the dosage which I requested from Hair & Me, the person reviewing my request obviously didn't read my message, asked for information I had provided and then advised me to consult a dermatologist!!!!!
Will be buying Minoxidil from Boots from now on
