The snood is fantastic and thicker than I anticipated, looking very chic while being practical. The only reason for 4 stars is the nearly month-long delivery. Customer service was very helpful, informing me about the shipping delay due to stock issues. Had I known earlier, I would have been less impatient! But all is well now. Love it 😻
