Review Time
I purchased two items at the beginning of January and exchanged one of the items. That items didn't work for me either, so I returned it. I never received a refund despite the return being confirmed as delivered on Feb 3 (it is now Feb 27). I did not receive a response after inquiring about the refund. It has taken 23 emails dating from Jan 6 to February 23 in order to get the items returned and exchanged. The customer service experience was maddening because they would not read the previous email and you'd have to start over every single time. I will NEVER buy directly from this company again.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and it was resolved in my favor.

When I attempted to return them for a refund, following the company's policy and within the time limit, I received numerous AI-generated emails that seemed to offer assistance but actually felt like gaslighting. They suggested I watch a video (which I did) and exchange for a different model (which I had already tried and didn't want to continue doing). It was quite challenging to navigate through these emails to obtain a proper return label for my refund. I am very let down as I expected better from this company.
After a lengthy search for a truly waterproof raincoat, I found this gem. Previously, I had only encountered water-resistant options. I chose a large size in Silver, which provides ample room for layering, especially useful for those in the northeastern U.S. My only recommendation would be for it to be slightly longer. Other than that, it works excellently and is indeed waterproof!

The snood is fantastic and thicker than I anticipated, looking very chic while being practical. The only reason for 4 stars is the nearly month-long delivery. Customer service was very helpful, informing me about the shipping delay due to stock issues. Had I known earlier, I would have been less impatient! But all is well now. Love it 😻
