Disappointing experience with swim caps and support

I purchased two different swim caps in various sizes, but neither kept my hair dry. When I attempted to return them for a refund, following the company's policy and within the time limit, I received numerous AI-generated emails that seemed to offer assistance but actually felt like gaslighting. They suggested I watch a video (which I did) and exchange for a different model (which I had already tried and didn't want to continue doing). It was quite challenging to navigate through these emails to obtain a proper return label for my refund. I am very let down as I expected better from this company.
