I purchased two items from this company, one of which was a swim cap that was advertised as secure and protective for my hair. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my needs, so I left a negative review. The support team reached out to me to discuss a solution and was incredibly professional and helpful. They offered various options to address my concerns. I decided to try a different swim cap and am currently waiting for its arrival. I can honestly say this has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had regarding a product.
