I was told to send back my items for a refund. I did this and paid for the delivery to be tracked. It was shown as delivered on the 6th October but I have not received my refund. When I contacted Hairburst they replied saying they haven’t received and to send proof of posting and tracking. I sent this and had no reply. I have since been emailing them and they have not replied to any of my emails. No number to call.
