Placed 2 orders before this one which went okay, but for some reason I've been waiting since Feb 5th for an update on my order this time.
They literally never reply to their customer support email so don't even bother.
Horrible experience for this one.

Not entirely sure what’s happening over at Hairburst…? Ordered on 1st Feb and still no notification to say order has been posted. Chased up via email on Sunday 8th Feb and no response to date…not the customer experience that I’ve had before and just left wondering why my products have not been shipped (but the money has been taken!).
Professional yet so personal,, felt like I was sharing my concerns with someone I know so well. Always a pleasure speaking and being a part of this brand hairburst. Since 2019 till date never lets me down , my respect and trust just keeps increasing in them. Love you'll guys. Stay successful and blessed always.
The customer service from these guys is incredible. I received my order and unfortunately during delivery the bottle had become open and the shampoo had spilled all into the box - would say literally half had spilled out. Not at all these guys fault and they could have blamed the delivery company but they didn’t they shipped me out a new bottle with their apology. It’s a fantastic product and even better than that a fantastic company that actually cares about their customers. Amazing
I shall now update this review as today I have received my parcel which was ordered on 30th January, the first order seemed to have gone missing and after initially not receiving a response I finally did get an email. From this email they kept in touch to keep me updated fully with my order so I cannot fault this and have turned my opinions around on this Brand. shall further update this review once I’ve used this product.
