What’s with all the plastic? I’ve been buying Hairstory for over three years now……( maybe longer) good product, no bad ingredients important for people who have health concerns like myself……..but VERY expensive.the hair wash has always come in a pouch,never been offered a bottle before….. I also buy the hair balm, they stopped the refill pouch of the hair balm and I could only buy it in a bottle, hard to get all the last bits out of bottles and nozzle tubes, (as I said very expensive so every little bit counts) anyhoo continued buying the pouch of hair wash and the bottle of balm, on my new order this week I get an empty plastic bottle along with the hair wash pouch, with a whole load of fangled instructions on how to operate it and yet another plastic scalp brush………it’s no cheaper to just buy a refill pouch so why bother with a bottle? Why so complicated……or are these new pouches that you claim are totally recyclable going to dissolve or break down if I use straight from the pouch as I have always done?
