CAUTION & AVOID!!!! The service was extremely disappointing, with no accountability for errors and a prolonged refund process that lasted 2 months, leaving me frustrated. I plan to report them to relevant authorities if my money is not returned. Friends who also booked experienced similar issues, with mistakes made and no responsibility taken. They have caused significant distress for many, especially first-time travelers. In my case, they took my money, profited, and offered me a minimal refund after canceling my booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I haven't received anything yet! AVOID!! They will regret their actions!
