At every turn, we were told that it was the partner company's responsibility and that they couldn't help us. Customer service was very poor; they did not deliver on what was promised. We were shown four-star hotels in the contract, but we ended up in three-star accommodations with makeshift beds in small rooms, which felt almost deceptive. I just want to ensure that others are aware of this situation. If you consider using this service, please verify everything thoroughly. I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone. CAUTION & AVOID!!!! The service was extremely disappointing, with no accountability for errors and a prolonged refund process that lasted 2 months, leaving me frustrated. I plan to report them to relevant authorities if my money is not returned. Friends who also booked experienced similar issues, with mistakes made and no responsibility taken. They have caused significant distress for many, especially first-time travelers. In my case, they took my money, profited, and offered me a minimal refund after canceling my booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I haven't received anything yet! AVOID!! They will regret their actions!
