I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received, starting from our arrival in Jeddah. At every turn, we were told that it was the partner company's responsibility and that they couldn't help us. Customer service was very poor; they did not deliver on what was promised. We were shown four-star hotels in the contract, but we ended up in three-star accommodations with makeshift beds in small rooms, which felt almost deceptive. I just want to ensure that others are aware of this situation. If you consider using this service, please verify everything thoroughly. I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
