Extremely disappointing return process

I had an incredibly frustrating time trying to return a garment. The company charges customers for return postage, unlike many other clothing brands that provide free and hassle-free returns. After I paid to send the item back and followed their return guidelines, the company claimed they never received it and refused to issue a refund because I couldn't provide a tracking number. The item was returned using standard postage with stamps, which is a typical return method, yet they kept insisting on tracking that simply doesn't exist. This puts all the risk and expense on the customer. Other brands handle returns in a much fairer and more transparent manner. Due to this experience, I will not be shopping with this company again.
