Absolutely appauling, the company make it virtually impossible to return for refund, they actually state that customer pays return and takes 'weeks' the process is set up to make you keep items, i have no printer, no option given unless you have a printer. Devious process and would never use them again. A corrupt and rurhless company

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered several items and immediately contacted them the same day to request changes to the lengths. I reached someone on their online chat who confirmed the amendments had been made. Later, they emailed to say the order was delayed because of my same‑day changes, which I didn’t mind, I was happy to wait.

Six weeks later the order finally arrived, only for me to discover that none of the amendments had been applied. I was incredibly frustrated, as I had tried hard to make sure everything was correct and had even received confirmation that it was sorted.

I ended up giving some items away and returning the rest because my children couldn’t wear them, and I’ve decided I won’t be shopping with this company again. To make matters worse, I spent £10 returning two items and expected a £66 refund, but they only refunded £27. I have no idea why. I also used credit vouchers, which they seemed to treat as a discount, and the trousers were on a “buy 2 for” offer, which made things even more confusing.

Overall, I cannot recommend this company. I feel completely let down, they overcharge and provide the worst service I’ve experienced

Misleading Ads and Poor Service

Operates under this name on social media through advertisements, takes your money, and claims no association. A fraudulent website that processes orders while making it nearly impossible to get tracking information. When reaching out to the support team, they label it as a scam site. Overall, the entire service feels like a scam!

Extremely disappointing return process

I had an incredibly frustrating time trying to return a garment. The company charges customers for return postage, unlike many other clothing brands that provide free and hassle-free returns. After I paid to send the item back and followed their return guidelines, the company claimed they never received it and refused to issue a refund because I couldn't provide a tracking number. The item was returned using standard postage with stamps, which is a typical return method, yet they kept insisting on tracking that simply doesn't exist. This puts all the risk and expense on the customer. Other brands handle returns in a much fairer and more transparent manner. Due to this experience, I will not be shopping with this company again.

Once bitten, twice shy!

This was my first order with the company, and I received it today. Considering the previous reviews, I opted for a Size 12/14 pair of jeans. I'm quite let down by the material quality, and the sizing is significantly off (I usually wear a UK size 12). These jeans are unwearable for me, and I'm not willing to deal with the hassle of a refund. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Sizing Issues and Difficult Returns

I ordered pants in a medium, as I usually wear size 8-10, but they were tighter than I expected. It's advisable to size up! The return process is nearly impossible, and you have to pay for return shipping, which is deducted from your original payment. While I appreciated the stretch of the pants, finding the right size is challenging, and you won’t get all your money back, so proceed with caution!

Extremely disappointing experience

This experience has been absolutely terrible. The leggings started to come apart after just a few wears. The jeans have a strong, unpleasant odor that lingers in my home. They claim to offer refunds, but I've never received one. The customer service has been the worst, and the poor quality of the clothing is disheartening.

Reported the company to authorities

I've reported this company to the Consumer Council, requesting that all communication be conducted through them. Despite this, the company ignored my request and contacted me directly. They even mentioned they would reprimand a customer service employee due to my complaint. I want to clarify that I did not want anyone punished; I simply sought a resolution to my issue. This approach has left me feeling uncomfortable and shocked. My experience has been unprofessional and far below acceptable standards. I urge others to be wary when dealing with this company.
