The oranges I received were already moldy just a few days after delivery. When I reached out to the support team, they asked if I wanted to talk to a live representative. It seems AI is now the first point of contact for customer complaints. I will never purchase from this company again. Perhaps they can sell an orange to a robot and see how quickly it spoils, just like mine did. Lessons learned.
