The service was very convenient to use during the holiday season. It's fantastic that they maintain a list for you of the same recipients you send to. Overall, I was very satisfied with the services. The only feedback I received was from two individuals who mentioned that a few of their oranges were not of the best quality. However, everything else was excellent.

Disappointing experience with spoiled fruit

The box of spoiled fruit was intended as a gift, as indicated in my communication. It feels inappropriate to mention any names in this review. The oranges I received were already moldy just a few days after delivery. When I reached out to the support team, they asked if I wanted to talk to a live representative. It seems AI is now the first point of contact for customer complaints. I will never purchase from this company again. Perhaps they can sell an orange to a robot and see how quickly it spoils, just like mine did. Lessons learned.
