CAUTION: It took me 8 months and the involvement of a regulatory authority to get my money back from this service. Following their advice could have led to another denial from the immigration office. They claimed I wasn't eligible for a fiancé visa and suggested applying for a visitor visa instead (my third attempt). I sought help from a different firm, which successfully obtained a Fiancée Visa in UNDER 3 WEEKS! —showing their advice was incorrect. When I tried to file a complaint, I was ignored for 5 months. I had to escalate my issue to the regulatory authority. ADVICE FOR OTHERS: Always document everything. Keep every email and call log. If they ignore you, do not hesitate to contact the regulatory authority right away. If I hadn't kept my records, they might have found a way to avoid refunding me. Don't let them treat you this way.
