Battery change but they then broke central locking

Halfords came to house, changed battery, car then started but key fob no longer worked to lock car. They tried blaming on key fob battery but I proved it worked using a multimeter. They had no idea what to do, no apology and just wanted to leave. Told me I had to go to Ford to re sync key fob.Even left saying she had learned something new ie she broke the central locking.None of customer complaint methods work, simply can't get in touch.DO NOT ever use Halfords. Go to your local garage
