I called the helpline for help with an item I believed to be faulty. The first agent booked me in twice ,to Branches I could’t get to, even though I related the postcode and address to her.. when I questioned why she booked the other branch she said ‘the one you say does’t come up on the system , you have to go to this one.. !’ I asked to speak to her supervisor and she huffed and puffed and said no, then she cut me off! The second attempt was better and I was put through to the branch I wanted but couldn’t resolve the problem over the phone nor book in with them without going through the care line again.. even this branch manager admitted the service was rubbish and suggested I use the live chat feature instead, as there would be less chance of misunderstanding as the words would be written and both parties would be understood… still waiting for a resolution as to if I can get my money back and return the item, I will NEVER buy anything online from Halfords again, the whole experience was claptrap, and the response from the inept call centre staff and rude behaviour from the first woman really p@££ed me off, HALFORDS , you need to do better.
