I responded to their customer service some time ago and awaited a response. No surprise to learn NOTHING except to inform me "your case has been closed because we have NOT heard from you!". Unbelievable and certainly untrue. So here I am again but doubt if any member of their customer so-called care team will respond to me. I wish I had NEVER EVER GONE TO HAVE 2 NEW TYRES FITTED AND THEN TO DISCOVER THESE HAD TO BE PUT ON THE BACK OF MY FRONT WHEEL DRIVE NISSAN? INCREDIBLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO RECALIBRATE THE TPMS ON THE FRONT DRIVE CAR..? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS OUTFIT AS I AM TRYING NOW TO GET REFUND OF THE SO-CALLED WARRANTY ON TYRES WHICH ARE ON THE BACK OF MY FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CAR.....AND WHY...YES BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT DO WHAT DECENT AND QUALIFIED GARAGES COULD DO SO I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THE USELESS WARRANTY....NOT A LOT TO ASK BUT AS AN ARMY WIDOW EVERY PENNY COUNTS!!! WILL I HEAR FROM THEM? WELL....WE SHALL SEE BUT WILL NOT HOLD MY BREATH......
