My experience had a rocky start: the first appointment was canceled on the day due to staffing issues, and the second was abandoned because the dash cam wasn't compatible with my vehicle. However, during the third appointment, my wife accidentally took the car to work. The technician was understanding and kindly agreed to go to her workplace for the installation, which was greatly appreciated. Both technicians for the second and third appointments were excellent. It's just unfortunate that the company doesn't keep track of compatibility between car models and cameras.
