After doing a seasonal exchange I asked him to check the tyre pressure which he said he'd done. Didn't feel right so checked myself 11psi front 17psi rear. Should have been 34psi front 36psi rear. Wonder what would have happened on M1 doing 70mph? They left me with a vehicle unsafe to drive

I waited all day for my mobile tire fitting appointment, only to be informed at 6:30 PM that no one could come and I had to reschedule. Now the chat line is down, and the live chat indicates no agents are available. Extremely poor service from the company.

My experience had a rocky start: the first appointment was canceled on the day due to staffing issues, and the second was abandoned because the dash cam wasn't compatible with my vehicle. However, during the third appointment, my wife accidentally took the car to work. The technician was understanding and kindly agreed to go to her workplace for the installation, which was greatly appreciated. Both technicians for the second and third appointments were excellent. It's just unfortunate that the company doesn't keep track of compatibility between car models and cameras.
