HALIFAX owned by THE LLOYDS BANKING GROUP have severely let me down by selecting an extremely poor firm of solicitors to do their conveyancing, TLT LLP, I have never ever dealt with such an extremely poorly managed company whose customer support and consideration for their duty of care for their customers is non existent.. should you fall into a similar issue and any member of the LLOYDS BANKING GROUP say that your property will be conveyed by TLT LLP please tell LLOYDS BANKING GROUP that their duty of care to you will be severely let down should they use TLT.
