I got an emil from Halifax saying my car insurance renewal is due so tried to go online to cancel the renewal but forgot the password. Put forgot the password and no email came though after 20 min waitting, so called there number had to go through that useless automated service for about 10 minutes and then when it put me through it cut off this happened three times and I’m a loss of words of how Rubbish this Insurance company is. I will if it’s the last thing i do is get this cancelled and get rid of this Rubbish company for once and for all. Thank God I didn’t have to make a claim. I can only imagine how bad that would’ve been.
