Biggest problem is not the actual issue....its the fact that none of your conduits lead anywhere near to even reviewing it let alone acknowledging the issue, and I've done ALL of them from Chat to telephony, as well as your phone app but at no point did anything lead anywhere after 2 hours of messing about. Why do you run such a shambolic organisation? You pack up at 7pm (I have FCA timestamped recordings made to you - You have lost my last payment made in good time...my bank has given all the receipt codes so you DID get it well before due date but you keep messaging to tell me my payment is overdue when I cannot get in touch to tell you to look for it
