I recently tried to write on three of your Christmas cards. For a seller that claims to create items for writing, I can't understand why the cards feel like they're made of plastic. The ink smears and rubs off easily—what's going on? Please stop making cards that are impossible to write on; that's the main purpose of a card. Other manufacturers use paper—what materials are you using? Recycled plastic bottles? I wasted £10 on cards I had to tear up and throw away. Please do better.
