I recently tried to write on three of your Christmas cards. For a seller that claims to create products for writing, I can't understand why your cards feel like they're made of plastic. The ink smudges and wipes off easily—what's going on? Please stop producing cards that are impossible to write on; that's the entire purpose of a card. Other manufacturers use paper—what materials are you using? Recycled plastic bottles? I ended up wasting £10 on cards that I had to tear up and discard. Please improve your products.

The order status shows fulfilled and delivered. I ordered five items, but only one arrived. Since everything is on the same tracking, it's unclear if items were packed separately. Now, I have to wait for the customer service team to respond, which will be after Christmas.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This seller is a complete rip-off. I paid over £5 for a Christmas card that took four days to arrive despite paying for express delivery, and the card was tiny without an envelope. I'm appalled and will certainly not use this seller again.
I placed a fairly expensive order that was sent in three separate packages via recorded delivery. I only received one package. The other two show that delivery was attempted, but nothing has changed in tracking since a week ago. The seller has ignored my emails but responded to a message through their site. They failed to record a complaint and told me to contact the delivery service. Any business that regularly ships items will know that only the sender can initiate an inquiry for missing items. The seller has tried to make their issue mine! I'm out a significant amount of money, and it's unlikely I'll receive my items in time.
I ordered a card and chose a delivery option from their website. I paid for a 48-hour service, yet my card wasn't delivered on time. When I contacted the seller, they stated that delivery isn't guaranteed. I've used other companies with much more reliable service. Look elsewhere if you want timely delivery!
