I decided to try a service for holiday cards, but it was a mistake. They let you enter addresses manually, which I did, but then I faced repeated errors when trying to move forward. I reached out to online support, but they didn't grasp the issue (they assumed I was importing addresses). After several attempts with support, we couldn't resolve the problem. The representative was trying to help, but ultimately asked me for a screenshot of the error and said the IT team would get back to me in 48 hours. Four days later, I received a generic message saying they were still working on it. I followed up for an update since I was told it would be resolved quickly, but got no useful information. Eventually, I was told to re-enter the addresses manually as the solution. I found this response unacceptable and requested a call during a specific timeframe. Three days later, they replied saying they had tried to call but the lines were busy, and again suggested manual entry. Frustrated, I turned to a friend in IT, and after two hours, we finally got everything submitted. The product was disappointing—while the cardstock was decent, there were multiple missing addresses despite my thorough checks. They also didn't provide enough labels for what I ordered. The envelopes were fine, but with all the hassle and poor customer service, I won't order from this service again. There are better, cheaper options available. Save yourself the trouble.
