A frustrating experience with holiday cards.

I decided to try a popular service for holiday cards, but I won't be returning. They offered a feature to input all my contacts' addresses, which I entered manually, one by one. However, when I tried to proceed, I encountered repeated errors. I reached out to online customer support, but they didn't seem to grasp the issue (they assumed I was importing addresses, which I wasn't). Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem with the support team, we were unsuccessful. The representative was somewhat helpful but eventually asked for a screenshot of the error, stating that IT would respond within 48 hours. Four days later, I received a generic update saying they were still working on it. I followed up, as I was promised a resolution sooner. I even called, but they had no further information. Two days later, I was told I could manually re-enter the addresses—this was the proposed solution. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a phone call during a specific timeframe. Three days later, they claimed they tried to call but faced busy circuits, and again suggested re-entering the addresses manually. I found this customer service unacceptable. Eventually, I enlisted a friend from IT, and we spent two hours navigating the site to finally get everything submitted. The end product was disappointing; although the cardstock was decent, there were several missing addresses that I had verified before submission. Additionally, they didn't provide enough embossed labels for the number of cards ordered. While the printed envelopes were simple and clean, the overall hassle and poor customer care lead me to conclude that I would never order from this service again. There are certainly better and more affordable options available. Save yourself the trouble and time.

Steer clear of ordering from their website. It feels like a scam. My order was sent to the wrong address, and they refused to issue a refund.

Lack of Customer Service and Poor Quality

I received a so-called 'premium' card that was bent and damaged upon arrival. It's unbelievable that it got through quality control unnoticed. The card quality was inferior, worse than cheap paper. I tried emailing multiple times with no response, and even reached out via social media without any success. The company seems indifferent to negative feedback. Just because a business has been around for a while doesn't mean it's good; I learned that the hard way, wasting over £15 plus shipping. I found a better card for half the price from another seller. I won't buy from this company again and am now contacting consumer protection.

Birthday Card Never Delivered

I ordered a birthday card for my sister in California, but I never received a delivery confirmation. The order status still shows 'On the Way'—two weeks late now! The chat service is non-functional, and the customer service line just disconnects. What a decline for a once-reputable company! Avoid at all costs!

Price Gouging Concerns

My wife attempted to place an order from the catalog but noticed the prices had risen dramatically. An order that should have cost $214.00 was suddenly $304.00 after the increase, with 'tariffs' cited as the reason. This explanation seems dubious. Very disappointed with the service.

Delivery Times Are Overestimated

If you expect timely delivery from this company, think again. I ordered a sympathy card over a week ago, expecting it to arrive with another package from a different seller, which arrived a day early. The Hallmark card is still missing. I had enough time to travel overseas and return before it even showed up. Don’t waste your time or money.

Unpleasant Experience with Staff

I visited a store recently and encountered a rude and uninterested assistant. Any questions I had were met with disdain and a clear lack of enthusiasm. It was one of the most dismissive interactions I've experienced. I wouldn't return to that store as long as she is working there. There are many people looking for jobs who would appreciate the opportunity.
