I received a so-called 'premium' card that was bent and damaged upon arrival. It's unbelievable that it got through quality control unnoticed. The card quality was inferior, worse than cheap paper. I tried emailing multiple times with no response, and even reached out via social media without any success. The company seems indifferent to negative feedback. Just because a business has been around for a while doesn't mean it's good; I learned that the hard way, wasting over £15 plus shipping. I found a better card for half the price from another seller. I won't buy from this company again and am now contacting consumer protection.
