Purchased two costumes. Both were costumes that were made inhouse and was their product. They pride themselves in claiming their costumes are very well made, but they are most certainly not!! They are very cheap and uncomfortable fabrics. I'm unsure of what sizing chart they are using, but their sizing is way off!! Both costumes were too small although we bought our usual size. Their return policy is the worse! You are charged an 8% restocking fee in addition to a shipping fee. I will never shop here again and will stick with Spirit Halloween or any other place!
