Avoid at all costs!! I paid extra for shipping to arrive on the Tuesday before Halloween. It didn’t arrive until Friday, the night of Halloween. I needed it for Thursday for a work party. I called and waited for 2 hours for them to refund shipping and that I would have to call back once received. Once received, they were closed on Halloween and the next couple of days. Very limited hours. I waited another hour because when I tried to do it online they would charge a restocking fee.On top of that, I sent an email and it took 2 weeks for them to respond just to say they were closing my ticket assuming I reached out another one. What in the world? How is that ok??! I won’t event be buying from them again.
