Received costume for a movie night party, when it arrived it was too small, have tried to contact the customer service department on a number of occasions to make a return and request a refund but each time they are unavailable! My partner now doesn’t have a costume to wear for our party!! We are now stuck with a costume we don’t want and have lost £55. In the UK all internet orders are refundable within 14 days. Obviously in the USA this doesn’t apply and are acting illegally! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND HALLOWEENCOSTUMES.COM TO ANYONE TOTAL SCAM
