They don't inform you at the time of order that you will incur hefty customs fees. From Germany to the UK, they wanted an additional £103 to receive my order. I'm not willing to pay that on top of my £280, so I'm waiting for the company to respond and issue a full refund. I'm still waiting for a reply and my refund, not holding my breath. I'd recommend avoiding this service. They claim to be resolving issues quickly, yet they reply to reviews but ignore my emails. Now, I'm left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
