We used Halo as one of three quotes sought for our solar solution. It became apparent quickly they have the experience, people and supplies to get the job done. From initial call, to survey, decision, deposit to installation was inside of 2.5 months. The logistics and work itself was done very quickly, with zero impact on our home life. Everyone involved in the process was absolutely spot on.The installation has performed flawlessly since the switch on, and I know should I need it, support would be on hand as well. Strongly recommend Halo.
Big thanks to Mathew and the team at Halo Renewables. Four weeks post-commissioning and I’m delighted with their install and the performance of our system - a 23 panel (2 strings) array and, from Sigenstor, 2 x 8 kWh batteries, a 10kW Energy Controller and EV Charger.All stages of the process went very smoothly, from my initial enquiry thru online quote, on-site survey and installation, thru to handover. Mathew was always very prompt to respond to my questions and their use of electronic docs and signatures really kept things moving along. Nine weeks after first contact the install was completed by a team of 3, all worked as quietly and tidily as you could hope for.The modularity and neatness of the SigenStor is a real leap forward from the ‘multiple-boxes-on-the-wall’ solar-only system we had in our previous house, and even the 18 month old GivEnergy setup of a mate of mine, also satisfactorily installed by Halo. Now looking forward to seeing how it works out for us over the winter months.
