A very unpleasant woman called Tracey served us today at the Ipswich branch of Wickes. We were buying some things but also were collecting an online order too. As she was putting our things through the till my husband mentioned we also had a collection, she didn't acknowledge that she had heard him so a little while later he said it again as he wasn't sure she had heard as she had ignored him. This time she snapped "I have to put this through first!". She also snapped again when she asked for an order number and he checked is she meant the PIN. There are signs to say the staff won't accept abuse etc from the public, how about the other way round!? What a thoroughly unpleasant woman, I shall avoid going to her till in future!

I was assigned Rose Stapley -Bunsen as my design consultant who took me through the whole process from initial design to completion in a very professional and competent way
There were a few changes and problems along the way but these were resolved quickly and efficiently
My two installation teams were excellent ,efficient ,punctual and friendly

I have nothing but praise for Wickes of Weston-super-Mare. We have recently had a kitchen installed. The whole process from design to completion went smoothly. The kitchen is lovely and their customer care is superb. A recent query was dealt with by Steve who definitely went the extra mile. The staff are all courteous and helpful

Our Wickes kitchen installation has been a nightmare. The installer they sent cut compact laminate inside our home, filling the house with black, hazardous dust and smoke. We later learned this dust should never be inhaled, yet no extraction or protection was used, and we were left to clean it ourselves.
The installation itself was done so badly that when Wickes sent a different fitter to assess it afterwards, he said it was the worst installation he had ever seen. He confirmed the worktops were cut incorrectly, gaps had been filled with silicone, and the entire kitchen would need to be removed and replaced.
Despite this, Wickes has ignored our formal complaint for nearly two years and even attempted to activate finance on a kitchen that is unsafe, defective, and not fit for purpose.
The lack of responsibility and basic duty of care has been shocking. I strongly advise anyone considering a Wickes kitchen to think very carefully.

We had an excellent experience buying and installing our new kitchen from Wickes in Ashford, Kent. Our salesperson, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. He came to measure up and from the start was friendly, knowledgeable and more to the point NOT pushy. On our visit He patiently talked us through the design process, showing us loads of options and pictures, and suggested alternatives when our initial ideas didn’t quite work and came up with ideas/ suggestions we didn't even think of. Paul also helped us tweek a few problems we may have had fitting the kitchen . Sadly we had to cancel both our oven and microwave we ordered as didn't realise oven was hard wired and we had just had kitchen plastered! Paul fully understood refunded us immediately and even checked the replacement oven I was ordering was right for us .
Would not hesitate recommending anyone thinking of buying a kitchen to speak with Paul.
