I purchased a kettle three weeks ago, and after just two and a half weeks, it stopped working. We replaced the fuse, but it still didn't work. We're still trying to resolve the issue after another three weeks, but contacting someone has been difficult. The company says to reach out to the platform, and the platform directs me back to the company. No one seems to take responsibility, and I'm really unhappy about this, especially since the kettle was not inexpensive.
