Review Time
I bought a steam generator that arrived today, but I haven't used it yet. Upon inspection, I noticed there are no max or min fill markings. The water tank was quite stiff to remove, and the locking buttons are challenging to operate. Living in a hard water area means I need to use distilled water. I also need to figure out how to get proof of purchase since I ordered it online.
I really like the air fryer; it's not noisy at all. However, I find adjusting the time and temperature a bit tricky. There was a mix-up with the dimensions, so I expected it to be larger. The images didn't match the written description. I purchased directly from the company, so it was strange that I needed to provide proof of purchase to activate the warranty. I didn't get the invoice via email, which added some stress. I'm unsure if I'd buy from you again due to this experience.
I've been enjoying the mini slow cooker. It's user-friendly and makes delicious meals and soups. I'm glad the revised version includes an 'on' light, which was a deciding factor for me. The outer casing can get a bit hot on high settings, but it heats up quickly. I love coming home to the cozy smell of home-cooked meals, which is enough for two to three people.
I purchased a kettle three weeks ago, and after just two and a half weeks, it stopped working. We replaced the fuse, but it still didn't work. We're still trying to resolve the issue after another three weeks, but contacting someone has been difficult. The company says to reach out to the platform, and the platform directs me back to the company. No one seems to take responsibility, and I'm really unhappy about this, especially since the kettle was not inexpensive.
After my expensive double drawer air fryer failed, I searched for a replacement and found a basic air fryer. I was impressed with the results when I cooked frozen chips, and since then, I've made chicken, sausages, and pasties—all turned out excellently. I was so satisfied that I bought a second one, and they only take up slightly more space than my previous fryer.
I ordered a high-end mixer grinder, and within two weeks, the small jar's plastic broke. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me it wasn't covered under warranty. This is unacceptable! The product is overpriced, and the quality of the plastic lid is very low. I also attempted to order a replacement lid, but the delivery charge was almost as much as the lid itself—this feels like a scam. Overall, I'm very disappointed with both the product and the service.
