I ordered a high-end mixer grinder, and within two weeks, the small jar's plastic broke. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me it wasn't covered under warranty. This is unacceptable! The product is overpriced, and the quality of the plastic lid is very low. I also attempted to order a replacement lid, but the delivery charge was almost as much as the lid itself—this feels like a scam. Overall, I'm very disappointed with both the product and the service.
